Before you begin
Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology Journal (JASN) considers manuscripts on the strict condition that must report original research or review articles on the subject of the Journal. They have been submitted only to JASN. Authors have the full responsibility to ensure that manuscripts submitted has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis or as an electronic preprint). It is not under consideration for publication or in press elsewhere. No other forms of scientific misconduct are allowed, such as plagiarism, falsification, fraudulent data, incorrect interpretation of other works, incorrect citations, etc.
If you wish to submit your first paper to be published in the Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology Journal, please, visit the section New users (Link) to make a registration. The decision on the acceptance is taken after a peer-reviewing procedure.
The Journal of Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology (JASN) accepts Papers in English language only. The font type should be Times New Roman, justified, regular, size 11 for the whole manuscript except for the title. Title should be Times New Roman, bold, justified, regular, size 17. Margins are 1.5cm top, and 2cm bottom, left, and right except for abstract and keyword that should be split into two–column with “left” setting. The right side width is 5.2cm, while the left side width is 11.12cm. spacing between lines in the whole manuscript is single with adding space between paragraphs. Abstract should be limited in between 200 and 300 words. Keywords should be 3 to 5. Please download the paper template from:
Submission of your manuscript implies that the work described has not been published previously (except for academic dissertation or thesis of the same author), and has not submitted simultaneously in another periodical. Submissions should be carried out through our website from “Submit Manuscript” icon, or you can visit the following link:
If you’ve had any problems with submission process, please contact the journal through the following email:

Submissions should be in English. All papers and articles must be language edited before submission in order to allow the reviewers to comfortably read, review and understand the paper. In particular, non-native English speakers are strongly encouraged to have their writing edited before submission. A quality edit will render the work accessible to a wider community of professionals and novice readers.
Submitted papers will be sent to the reviewers or returned to the corresponding author for corrections and re-submission if the submission guidelines are not met. Based on the review guidelines, the reviewers are expected to give feedback and comment on the paper. The decision of the reviewers is considered final.
The Editors reserve the right to decline the submitted manuscript without review, if the works reported are not sufficiently novel or important to merit publication in the journal, or of limited interest to the target audience. The Editor seeks advice from experts in the appropriate field. All manuscripts are refereed by a minimum of two reviewers, or three in case of inconsistent recommendations. The final decision of acceptance will be made by Executive Editor or, in case of conflict, by the Editor-in-Chief.
Manuscript that has been accepted by the reviewers (peer Review) will be sent to author for final revision in the Ms-word document. Author(s) are encouraged to make necessary revision within the word file and indicate where the changes are made. Author(s) are also requested not to format the MS-Word file. After receiving the final revision file from the corresponding author, the paper layout will be sent to the author for final revision for correction of typos or any error during the process of publication. The paper layout will be sent to author in a pdf format where changes within the paper cannot be made, however, author can indicate the error and correction needed which will further be rectified before the publication.
After revision, the manuscript and a scanned copy of a cover letter should be re-submitted via the journal's system.
The Journal of Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology (JASN) is an open access academic journal, and it is dedicated to the open exchange of information. For this reason, JASN is freely available to individuals and institutions and there are no fees, restrictions, or permission required for downloading any publication from the journal's website by authors, readers, and institutions.
Authors who publish in the Journal of Applied Sciences and Nanotechnology retain the ownership of the copyright of their papers and can release their articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
Open Access Policy
The journal applies the license of CC BY: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
Conflict of Interests
A conflict of interest statement must be placed at the manuscript before references: "The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest regarding the publication of this manuscript".
Plagiarism Prevention and Violation
Plagiarism is a severe violation of publication ethics. To ensure the originality of the submitted papers, the Turnitin (plagiarism checking software) helps the editors verify the manuscript's originality. If the result of originality is less than 20%, submissions will be further considered for peer review.
