The Journal of Applied Science and Nanotechnology (JASN) values the contributions of its authors and recognizes the importance of preserving authors' rights. The following is a description of authors' rights with respect to their work:

1. Copyright

Authors retain copyright of their work, granting JASN a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Authors also grant any third party the right to use, distribute and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

2. Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to archive their published articles in personal, institutional, or funding agency repositories of their choice, and to make these publicly accessible after publication in JASN.

3. Reuse and Distribution

Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, authors are allowed to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, even commercially, as long as appropriate credit is given and any changes made are indicated.

4. Author Warranties

Authors warrant that their manuscript is their own original work, which does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity, and cannot be construed as plagiarizing any other published work, including their own previously published work.

By submitting a manuscript to JASN, the authors agree to these terms and conditions and agree to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in the submission of original works for publication.
